I was in banking/securities for a long time so I know how challenging it is as an industry. The staff at my Ameris branch is very friendly and professional. We were greeted and immediately helped with a new checking account, as well as first steps with a HELOC by Quintavious James. He is exactly what a retail bank needs in a customer-facing position. W knows his products, system, procedures and processes. On top of all of that, he is genuinely a nice guy without being over-the-top. “My friend and I were in town briefly from overseas (South Asia) where he runs an international business. We had limited time but it was essential we opened another business bank account. The first location we went to in a town called Newnan was quite unhelpful. However we tried this location and are so thankful we did. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the manager (LaToya) skipped her lunch to help us with our urgent, last minute request. We could not have asked for better customer service!”

“I loathe anything to do with banking and finances as I always feel stupid. This was not the case with my experience at Chase with Stephanie. I went in to Chase to deposit some cash and had a very nice teller who helped me fill out the deposit form and didn’t make me feel dumb. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about credit cards and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited less than 5 minutes and then I went to talk with Stephanie. She was extremely kind, very professional, and also very patient. She answered all of my financial questions without making me feel the least bit silly. I felt that she really had my best interest in mind. She was able to walk me through the approval process for a particular credit card and I ended up getting approved for it that day. I often feel like I’m being tricked when speaking with financial institutions, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be returning to this Chase and will not hesitate to make an appointment with Stephanie if I ever need a consultation.”
