Lydia Autrey has been handeling my personal and business accounts for years. If there is ever a problem she usually is aware of it before I am and contacts me. When I am the problem and have made a mistake she has always calmly walked me through the solution to get me back on track. As an employer myself, I know how hard it is to find that Rock Star employee who is extremly Knowledable, professional, personal and has the wits to think out side the box when situations out of the norm arise. Lydia Autrey is a plus to UCB and I hope that they stay aware of her dedication to the bank and to their customers with her awesome service.”

“I loathe anything to do with banking and finances as I always feel stupid. This was not the case with my experience at Chase with Stephanie. I went in to Chase to deposit some cash and had a very nice teller who helped me fill out the deposit form and didn’t make me feel dumb. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about credit cards and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited less than 5 minutes and then I went to talk with Stephanie. She was extremely kind, very professional, and also very patient. She answered all of my financial questions without making me feel the least bit silly. I felt that she really had my best interest in mind. She was able to walk me through the approval process for a particular credit card and I ended up getting approved for it that day. I often feel like I’m being tricked when speaking with financial institutions, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be returning to this Chase and will not hesitate to make an appointment with Stephanie if I ever need a consultation.”

“My favorite major bank this Pacific location was the quickest and easiest location for me. Personally, I can't on a Saturday around midday. Normally the other locations in the Stockbridge area is super full and the line is wrapped around. The one in Fayetteville though it is smaller. I have received better service at that location I need to get changed for large bills. They did it immediately I didn't even have to show my member card.”
