The lead tech recommended an extra service that I didn’t approve but there was no pressure to commit. They accepted my $15 coupon without any comment. “Had a really nice experience taking my car in for an oil change yesterday. Everyone was friendly, quick and professional. The tech pointed out that my oil plug had been damaged or over-torqued at quick lube previously and replaced it without charge. Karen, the lady grease monkey (she smiled when I grimaced at her hands!) was a lot of fun! Great personalities make doing business fun. I will definitely go back.”
“So it's a very long story but overall the team there did excellent. The oil changes are always good.
I've been coming to this location for over the last 5 years and the service has always been decent. There was a small incident with an upset customer. The new store manager, I didn't catch his name, was effective, professional and level headed when dealing with an irate customer. He communicated to best of his ability at that time.
Now, I would give half a star off because his staff hasn't decided to be a part of the team yet, but we don't have control over other people, only ourselves and the manager remained dedicated to his profession ans his professionalism.”
“I've been to this place 2 times... They are usually open till 7pm... 2 months ago my friend from out of town got a flat and this was like the only place open on a Sunday... We got there at like 701pm and the older gentlemen took us anyway he really didn't have to do that and my friend was able to leave the city... That's what made me come there for my oil changes which are reasonable a well”
