I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable. This place was familiar with Teslas and also aftermarket wheel covers on Teslas; they didn’t damage the wheel covers during removal or reinstallation. My appointment was for 8am and I was out of there by 9am. They were very respectful of my time and kept me updated with the progress. “They fixed part of my car issues for a fraction of what the dealership and my mechanic quoted. WORDS OF WISDOM: DO NOT leave your car overnight here. I was told my catalytic converter was stolen and they had to replace it. No police report or warranty was given to me on the part so hopefully I will not have problems during my emissions. I now have to spend more money to have my car inspected. You never know what other parts were taken off my car and replaced with junk parts. Just rather be safe than 10 months later than sorry. Don't leave you car anywhere overnight unless you absolutely trust it is secure.”
