“Kevin Harris swapped a car with my father. It did not have on his paperwork to swipe a car. When he called up, they could not find the car that he had to pick up and they said because it was not in the system, they couldn’t make any changes. Kevin used his common sense and said you know what, even though not in the system, he’s gonna still going to bring it back and let them take it from there He was very pleasant dealing with my father. I think he’s a great guy and excellent employee.”
