The clinic staff is also very helpful and friendly. In the Atlanta area it’s hard to find a good primary care clinic because they all seem to get bought out by Emory, Piedmont, or etc., but at least for now Gwinnett Clinic is one of the few clinics where you can still call directly to your doctor’s office instead of a call center/offsite rep and don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment, but it’s also big enough to have the convenience of multiple providers, multiple locations, and so forth.”

“Dr.P has been god sent to my family. I am a single mom suffering from several disabilities and also have disabled children. It has been a struggle finding help for me and my twin boys because of the severity of their disabilities but this doctor actually does care!!!!! He didn’t make me or my kids feel unwanted or uncomfortable and he has been happy to treat us and I appreciate that. Wait times are shorter than believable and the staff is also amazing!!! There is no other primary care for me and my family that has ever topped the level of care that I have received at Trinity clinic.. Thank you Dr.P and staff for treating me and my family.”

“Dr. Reznik is absolutely amazing!! The staff has always been helpful to me. Dr. Reznik always goes above and beyond for his patients. I've been seeing him since 2006 when he was in Marietta and I cannot put into words how much he's helped me over the years. I completely trust him with my care. I have referred my mother to him as well as many of my friends. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on Dr. Burkmar because I have never been her patient. You won't be disappointed with the treatment Dr. Reznik provides.Furthermore, I'm really disappointed after reading the reviews of some of the other patients. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company NOT your insurance company and the doctor or the office. Please stop tossing your card on the counter thinking all of your healthcare needs will be covered. It is your responsibility to know what your policy covers! Call your insurance company beforehand and find out. This is your responsibility as the patient. It's also not the office's job to do an insurance verification. It's a convenience they provide but for some reason, over the years, its become the norm. Dr. Reznik is very busy...when I book my physical, I book it after my last one because I know how busy he gets. Look at it this way, he's booked up because he's excellent at what he does. If you have to change your schedule because of work and they can't squeeze you in that's not the fault of the office. That's your fault and the fault of your job for changing your schedule. I've never read so many entitled reviews.I'm very picky who I see for my healthcare needs! If I'm willing to send my mother here...that speaks volumes. Dr. Reznik is a dying breed of doctor. He takes ample time with every patient and truly listens to your complaints and needs. I promise you cannot go wrong with this office.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Rogers at Family Practice (and associates when he's not available) since I moved to Atlanta more than 25 years ago. They are a teaching practice which I appreciate even if it takes a little more time. They are extremely thorough and never rushed and I feel like I have a good rapport with my doctor. He takes me and my health concerns seriously and patiently. His students are always thoughtful as well. My husband and son also use the practice (and my daughter probably will also when she graduates from her pediatrician). Insurance billing and copay has always gone smoothly and prescriptions come through quickly or they're handed to you for you to fill as necessary. There is evidence to support that teaching practices yield better care and my experiences here back this up. A wonderful place for lifelong care.”

“***Edit: The office manager in Sandy Springs reached out to me and got my referrals put through finally. Hopefully this is the last trouble I have like this.Dr. Psyrop and Dr. Pollard were outstanding, but getting anything my doctors have ordered has proven impossible. Almost 2 months since being given 2 referrals after an emergency room scare, and the referrals have gone nowhere. Repeated calls to the Sandy springs and north cobb locations have yielded no results. I've been promised callback after callback and no one ever calls me back, including one such call 2 days ago with, who I am told, was the office manager at Sandy Springs herself to get my referrals handled. She said she'd call me back before end of day. Absolutely abyssmal support staff. On top of this, the gentleman whom my doctor walked me out to to perform a simple "blow in the bag test" at Sandy Springs, all but pushed me out the door, saying the test would take too long and they were closing soon. I indeed left, as he insisted, and did not come back to do it again. Furthermore, despite requests to leave my doctors messages to plead for help, no one will transfer me there, and I end up in the same voice mail that never returns my calls. I have probably called 8 times in the last 2 months. For the love of God someone get me my referral!”
“Greetings I truly apologize to you guy's that had a rude horrible experience at Lavista family medicine...Dr Gee was my Dr for over 25 amazing year's!!! And she vared more about her patients than money!!! There were plenty of times I didn't have the money to pay for my meds she would lead me up with samples...and don't forget about the young lady named Lily who stayed with her til her husband married her and she barred children but Tatyana was the best Dr in Tucker I'm saddened that she has gone she even gave me her personal number if I needed her when the office was closed...Great job done Dr Gee??????❣?”
