“Two generations of my family and I have been going to Stone Mountain Immediate Medical care center for 12 years. I will admit the ambiance is lacking, and depending on who you get as a receptionist, they can be short or rude. The wait time is about an hour. Bring a snack, or go to gas station next door for snacks after you sign in, help your kids with their homework or bring some work to do. Use your smartphone or laptop, there are several outlets on three walls in the waiting area. So I don’t waste my time.I do not come here to make friends nor enjoy the ambiance; I have spa days and restaurants for that. I want to be seen by a top level doctor (MD) with no lawsuits, not interns nor students; I want to walk in, list all ailments, ask SEVERAL questions, be competently diagnosed with prescription(s) in hand the same day that I walk-in. I want to enjoy free, at the the door parking, while never worrying about being 15 minutes late and turned away to reschedule.Since, the two doctors that I adore are Dr. Mansoor and Dr. Dawn Chen, who has ALWAYS given me 5 STAR care while being superior in medical knowledge and experience; I am a patient patient until the end.
