“I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”
“I initially rented a Nissan Armada. I soon realized that the previous renter had smoked in it and the residue was triggering an Asthma response. I took it right back to Enterprise. They were very accommodating and switched cars to an Audi which was definitely smoke free. Upon returning that car, a manager was dealing with a very problematic customer. He did so very professionally without backing down and apologized for us having to wait. I was impressed. I will do business here again.”
“Well, I've been an Enterprise customer for many years and to be honest, I had not been back due to prices and just not feeling I was being treated as before. Yesterday that all changed. Topher Marshall really took care of us! We arrived a few minutes before closing around 1:45 when the close at 2:00. He took care of several customers way after 2:00 and was the most helpful of service representatives I've had in years! He helped in ways we didn't know possible and I just can say enough for his diligence, hard work and customer service. Thanks Topher, we'll be back 100%!”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Manager and her staff on the memorial drive. I was called by the Greenville Blvd location and was very disappointed with the service I received so I decided to go to another location. The manager insured me that she would call the adjuster and get me in a car right away. Something that the Greenville BLVD location stated that they could not do. Que was the young lady that helped me and she was amazing. Keep up the great work and I will choose this location for all my rental car needs. Greenville Blvd needs some additional training tho.”

The employees and managers showed me 4 different cars until I found the perfect one. This is the best customer service experience that I’ve had with Enterprise EVER!!! We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality. While this has become a norm at many businesses, I am happy to say this was not my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service. “I recently rented a car, ELANTRA, from this location to go on a retreat from my home in Georgia to North Carolina. Budget had the best prices for someone with limited income. The online rental process was easy to accomplish for someone of the elder-age, the pickup process was very smooth, the representatives were nice and knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I got the same great service when I returned my car plus my deposit was refunded quickly.
I will definitely be using this location on LaVista Road again.”
