“Jason Leigh it needs to be more for the gold and platinum members because i feel that the deposit shouldn't be $300.00 dollars because we rent vehicles on a regular sometimes and enterprise should show more appreciation toward us with more deals on the vehicles that we rent so I'm looking for better deals”

“I'm a frequent renter from the Lawrenceville Hwy/N Dekalb location. The staff does change like every other location but I have gotten to know everyone who has come to work here in the past year. Everyone has been very kind and have made it a point to remember my face and my name. I appreciate the availability of vehicles and willingness to upgrade if the vehicle type I requested is not available. I have not gotten the great customer service from any other location like I have gotten from here. Thank You!”

“I went to this location to pick up a rental and I was unfortunately unable to get a vehicle. Tiara, was so gracious and patient. She explained the entire process so pleasantly and I look forward to returning to do business with her in the near future.”

“I wish there were more locations, but I'm pretty happy with the service here in Atlanta. I started using Zipcar in Boston, and kept my membership when I moved down south. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”
