“Nice waiting room but Tv was out periodically throughout morning. When it was in, it was a sports news station that reported the same info for two and a half hours. I am sure the male customers loved it but the ladies, not so much. Very boring. Service on my new Mercedes took two and a half hours to do what should have been done in no more than an hour. Car wash was nice but car given back with water all over it causing water spots. I stopped at a gas station nearby and took a towel from my trunk and dried it off myself. Lastly, a bit disappointed I could not write a check for my service. You had no problem taking my check for down payment a year ago that was for ten times the amount of the service check. Friendly service staff though.”

“B&B Trailers of Savannah is the best!! I'll never take my Trailers to anyone one else.I have a 7×12 enclosed trailer that I thought couldn't be repaired. I dropped my trailer off went back home pulled in driveway .B&B called the nice young lady at the desk said the welder needs to talk to you sir.I said O'boy ? they can't fix it .So I pulled up to the shop Cody came out and said I did a full inspection on your trailer and found these issues. I was like ok .Cody also said sir I can fix it for you. That was music to my ears. Two days later I just picked up my trailer.when I say I'm the happiest man in America B&B Trailers made me so happy. They did such a wonderful job for me I can't thank them enough. Cody and the crew did a wonderful job !!Thanks guys !!”

“What an easy transition after working all day. I just pulled up my car and was greeted by Hunter (not sure of her last name) She was friendly and just made everything so easy. I did not have to take care of anything. I also explained to her I had just been getting over Covid so I am a bit slow and not feeling well. She brought me to the waiting room and even told me to feel free to lay down on the couches and showed me where the coffee was. She was wonderful. Javier did the work on my car, I loved that he checked all my fluids and topped me off and rotated my tires and cleaned my window and all I came down for was an oil change. Then there was Mary she did not have much to do with the service of my car, but she was so friendly and kind I honestly felt that I had found a long lost friend I had not talked to in a long time. I love my Honda CRV and the people who work in the service area are some of the best. I think all car companies should get training from your staff. And for me to write such a positives post says a lot because I am very picky.”
