“Nice waiting room but Tv was out periodically throughout morning. When it was in, it was a sports news station that reported the same info for two and a half hours. I am sure the male customers loved it but the ladies, not so much. Very boring. Service on my new Mercedes took two and a half hours to do what should have been done in no more than an hour. Car wash was nice but car given back with water all over it causing water spots. I stopped at a gas station nearby and took a towel from my trunk and dried it off myself. Lastly, a bit disappointed I could not write a check for my service. You had no problem taking my check for down payment a year ago that was for ten times the amount of the service check. Friendly service staff though.”

“The guys at Leon and sons are great. The always do a fantastic job. I recently had to get my back window motor fix and they told me what parts I needed. Once the parts came in, it only took them 10 minutes to fix. So I went ahead and got an oil change too. Moral of the story they are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The prices are beyond fair. “What an easy transition after working all day. I just pulled up my car and was greeted by Hunter (not sure of her last name) She was friendly and just made everything so easy. I did not have to take care of anything. I also explained to her I had just been getting over Covid so I am a bit slow and not feeling well. She brought me to the waiting room and even told me to feel free to lay down on the couches and showed me where the coffee was. She was wonderful. Javier did the work on my car, I loved that he checked all my fluids and topped me off and rotated my tires and cleaned my window and all I came down for was an oil change. Then there was Mary she did not have much to do with the service of my car, but she was so friendly and kind I honestly felt that I had found a long lost friend I had not talked to in a long time. I love my Honda CRV and the people who work in the service area are some of the best. I think all car companies should get training from your staff. And for me to write such a positives post says a lot because I am very picky.”
