“I received a lot of help with sending my luggage when I returned home after completing my deployment. By informing us of the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method depending on the type of luggage, we were able to send quite a lot of luggage to Korea easily, quickly, and inexpensively. It was also nice to provide a link that allows you to check the location and status of your luggage in real time.It was a good choice to drop by JOA Express when I almost completed my overseas training in Atlanta. They showed me the best and cheapest ways of sending household goods back to Korea by the types of goods. In addition, they gave me a web-link to track my packages. I could easily check where my boxes are real time.”

“Great customer service! We stopped in a few weeks ago to have some documents notarized and sent. It was late afternoon, as we had received them late in the day. The gentleman helping us was very patient, kind, and thorough, despite the large number of pages (48 notarizations needed). The store was fully staffed, so other customers didn't have to wait for us to finish. We really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism at this UPS Store location and highly recommend them!”
“I get my Amazon packages sent here as well as I have a mail box here. I love that you can come after hours to get your mail in the mailbox and your amazon packages from the locker. Every time I come in during business hours the employee that I see always has good energy and takes care of whatever questions or needs that I have. “I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!”

“We were printing our wedding brochures, and we were disappointed to find that the bleed was not to the edge. We were only five days away from the wedding, so we were very stressed.We immediately took the brochures back to the store and explained the situation to the staff. The store owner, who was on duty at the time, was very understanding and apologetic.The store owner assured us that he would do everything he could to get us the correct brochures on time. He immediately arranged for a rush job and stayed at the store to personally oversee the reprinting process.The next morning, we received a call saying that the brochures were ready. We picked them up and were thrilled to see that they were perfect. The bleed was flawless and the colors were vibrant.We are so grateful to the store owner and his staff for their dedication and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect brochures. We would definitely use them again in the future.”
