“I would like to add another 5-star review for Jay's and Namita's UPS store on Douglas Rd in Alpharetta. They were able to take a 2'x3' wall poster that I bought on a vacation and turn it into a 3-panel, continuous view canvas wall hanging. They were very patient to let me tinker with the color shading and size, and the final product looks perfect. I didn't know that some UPS stores even have this capability until I saw some samples in their store. There seems to be so much more that they can do besides mailing packages and accepting Amazon returns. Great, friendly and skilled service.”

“The employees are friendly and the store is open until 10pm some nights. I had a complaint about a driver and they took it seriously. One of the supervisors even followed up with a call. The one thing I don't care for is you can't call them. I've asked the customer service people to call the store, but they claim they don't have the phone number. Why is FedEx so secretive about the phone number?”

“Not understanding what all the negative reviews are about I ordered high end customer tractor truck power plant parts on Sunday and there here now it's 1:45 on Wednesday. If you follow there instructions on there web sight. There's no problems when your ordered is shipped you go and make a appointment for delivery.And when you make that appointment you stick to it. I was told between 2 and 5pm And it shows up at 1:45pm. I give them a 10 star and I have parts delivered all day and night from all the different shippers and I have never had any problems with any of them you all need to figure out what's wrong with you or where you live or just ordering stuff or go get it yourselves. Anywho they did good. And to all of you stop giving companies bad reviews because one day you'll will have go get it yourselves. Ok remember be kind to your fellow humans and they will be kind back. Good job shipper ?? ??”
