She took the time to walk through a variety of solutions with me and invested a lot of time that definitely wasn't expected considering I wasn't even banking with them yet. We ended up opening our business checking account at this location for our exterior cleaning company and I couldn't be happier with the process and customer service. I have been with Bank of America for over 25 years, reluctantly, and am ready to make the switch to personal banking here, too. “I've been to this branch only 3 times in the past 3 years. I've never had an issue during those visits. Everyone has been friendly and courteous. It's very clean and looks brand new inside. Truist is a brick and mortar bank. It's not always going to be quick or without fees. I get it if people have had problems with transfers or whatever but luckily I haven't run into any major core banking issues. Just thought I'd leave this in part to share that I've never had a 1.9 or 2 star experience at this branch.”
