She took the time to walk through a variety of solutions with me and invested a lot of time that definitely wasn't expected considering I wasn't even banking with them yet. We ended up opening our business checking account at this location for our exterior cleaning company and I couldn't be happier with the process and customer service. I have been with Bank of America for over 25 years, reluctantly, and am ready to make the switch to personal banking here, too. I have not come across better professional than Ms. Karen who's the branch manager and Mr. Victtor Cabral who is one of the Relationship Manager. What is impressive apart from their deep subject matter experience is their genuine care for the customers. It's blatently visible. They have definitely exceeded expectations”

“I didn't know you could Yelp about banks, until now. We used to be Flagstar customers and then PNC bought them out. The other reviewer is correct, Flagstar had great hours but with the economy in the tank they could not be sustained. PNC still has good coverage. Friendly staff - Willie is GREAT!! - that always greets me when I walk in. There are numerous location in Georgia plus nationally also. Good bank that I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, to my friends and family.”

“I've been to this branch only 3 times in the past 3 years. I've never had an issue during those visits. Everyone has been friendly and courteous. It's very clean and looks brand new inside. Truist is a brick and mortar bank. It's not always going to be quick or without fees. I get it if people have had problems with transfers or whatever but luckily I haven't run into any major core banking issues. Just thought I'd leave this in part to share that I've never had a 1.9 or 2 star experience at this branch.”
