Customer service is terrible, I ordered 24x4 registers and 24x4 fire dampers that were supposedly in stock and they sent registers that were 24 x8 and back ordered the dampers. When I called the guy told me that they count the 4 to be how many vent opening there are not a size. I have to pay to return them, even though... read full comment
