“They are only getting a four star because a young lady who originally answered the phone was not as not helpful, left me on hold for ten minutes. I called back and another lady answered and took much better care of my request promptly which was simply to transfer me to a Manager. I did not face the receipt to my drill and he ask me to bring it over so they could look at it or exchange it. Thankfully, the same lady that answered the phone greeted me and a male cashier wanted up figuring out the issue and walked me through my errors! I wish I could remember all of their names but at least I could give great credit to this store!”

“They were recommended to me by a friend who builds metal buildings. I went there to buy a well-made metal door with a good locking mechanism for my shop. My 25-year old shop door was falling apart. They have a large, clean well-organized warehouse with a wide variety of metal doors, frames, and hardware. The guy I met with is named Jim. He helped us select the right door for my shop with all the right hardware. I've been shopping for a few months around and their price was MUCH BETTER than I could find on the internet. The quality appears to be very good too. If you're buying one commercial door or a few truckloads, I highly recommend these people.”

“I was getting frustrated looking for an item,I asked one of the worker for help,wasn't much help at all. He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

“This particular Home Depot is the closest to my home. I was there today returning a leaf blower and wanted to purchase a more powerful blower. The HD app indicated they had qty one in stock but “See Associate”. That sometimes means the inventory system says they have one but they don’t know where it is. ? The store manager, Sarah, happened to be at the Return desk and offered to help me. Sarah was absolutely delightful and engaging. She was just a joy.”

“Always a good location but specifically, today, Ehab (service desk team member). This Christmas Eve he selflessly helped a struggling father with last minute family preparations… as time ticked down to holiday closing and created a Christmas miracle for me. He specifically addressed my concern and went above and beyond! Seriously though, writing this review to let the company and customers know what a great job he did for me and showing my appreciation for his service. His mannerisms, problem solving, customer service and overall interaction may be worthy of more on his path. “I needed non metal ceiling vents because 68 degree a/c temperatures and high humidity was causing condensation and eventually going to rust my existing metal ones.JEDCO had a plastic vent but I was concerned with quality and the exterior finish. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Looks great on the ceiling. Still get a little bit of condensation but won't rust now!”
