“Zack Dorminey, the branch manager, saved the day! I originally had a car reserved at the terrible place across the street (hertz) and they couldn't fulfill my reservation. So I came to Enterprise, on a whim, and told them what happened. Zack immediately helped me with a rental ( I was leaving for Philly that day!) and came really close to matching hertz's price (for hertz's imaginary full size rental- see review I left for them for more info). It just so happened that while I was there, a few new vehicles got delivered. Lo and behold, I was able to rent a brand new Nissan rogue for a very reasonable price. The best thing? It had that brand new car smell and it didn't smell like cheap cologne, cigarettes or weed ( why do you idiots smoke weed in rental cars?! Nobody wants to smell that trash! But that's a whole other story though) . I just want to say thank you again to Zack for the great vehicle and the wonderful customer service!”

“This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

Each time my family and I arrive to pick up our vehicle we are always greeted with a warm welcoming smile???! We always visit this location because the entire staff are very patient, they seem to be very knowledgeable, and they even initiate advice when they feel it necessary. Most importantly staff seem well experienced in their positions, as they seem to work well together as a team because unlike when we use to pick up our vehicles at the Avis location at the airport, my husband and I are always in and out of the building in no time at all. “Arranged a full size sedan when we booked online. Upon arrival at the store we were informed that the sedan that was returned had been "smoked out". We were offered an SUV at no additional charge. Our representative, Micah, walked my wife and I to the car to inspect it and when my wife mentioned a smell ( I thought it was fine) he immediately said he would find another one that she was happy with. The next SUV was satisfactory and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. Far better experience here than the Lawrenceville store.”

Despite encountering a challenge when the SUV's battery died during my trip, I bought a jump-starter to mitigate the issue. This ensured our journey could continue without significant interruptions, even on a Sunday when other Enterprise locations were inaccessible to exchange the car.Upon returning the vehicle, I explained the situation and sent the receipt for the jump-starter to the office. The staff was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund for the car rental and without any hassle.
