“Zack Dorminey, the branch manager, saved the day! I originally had a car reserved at the terrible place across the street (hertz) and they couldn't fulfill my reservation. So I came to Enterprise, on a whim, and told them what happened. Zack immediately helped me with a rental ( I was leaving for Philly that day!) and came really close to matching hertz's price (for hertz's imaginary full size rental- see review I left for them for more info). It just so happened that while I was there, a few new vehicles got delivered. Lo and behold, I was able to rent a brand new Nissan rogue for a very reasonable price. The best thing? It had that brand new car smell and it didn't smell like cheap cologne, cigarettes or weed ( why do you idiots smoke weed in rental cars?! Nobody wants to smell that trash! But that's a whole other story though) . I just want to say thank you again to Zack for the great vehicle and the wonderful customer service!”
