“High value add rental company experience was so top notion. We were in need and no other company was there for us. Basically, we needed a tow vehicle at a reasonable price, in a short time frame, and it needed to be safe, reliable, and comfortable. All boxes checked except the onboarding was extremely difficult with about a 30 inch ground clearance to step into a 23 Ram 2500.Needed step boards or steps. Especially for my wife. She is 5" tall.Overall we traveled from Bozeman, MT to ATL. The trip was epic. Truck was powerful. Roads were well used with extensive bumps, ruts, and high speeds with diverse elevation and curves. Highly technical drive/route that requires the right equipment.”
“They had the only 22 foot truck in the area, I drove 45 mins to pick it up. Drove it off the lot with a trailer, and the check engine light came on. Called Penske, they had me go to a repair shop, it cost me 5 hours on the move day. The reason I’m rating them five stars is they gave me a decent amount of money back for my trouble. I would use Penske again before Uhaul hands down”

“Excellent service. My rear door wouldn't open while dropping off. I called customer service and spoke with a rep named, Emma. Her first concern was my safety. I was told help would arrive 45-60 minutes. The gentlemen were there less than 30. The issue was quickly resolved and I'm on my way home!”

“Love how i can go to my storage unit at any time, day or night. This location is 24 hours. Being 24 hours makes it easy because of my crazy work schedule. Staff here and at other location are very very helpful. Also phone customer services is great. Another location help me transfer and also up sizes to the unit i have now. Cant complain. “I have used a lot of storage facilities over the years but this was the best by far. Price was reasonable, facility was clean and well kept. A secure location. I had both climate controlled and outside units.easy access, lights and always clean restrooms. Pat was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I rented 3 trucks from her as well. If you need storage in the area i definitely recommend them”

“I ain gon lie I was frustrated when I walked in I had being trying to get a U-Haul truck since 10:30 through a partner and the 1800 customer service wasn't really helpful. When we walked in JB immediately had a smile on her face and was very pleasant she immediately apologized for the troubles and said no worries she would get me taken care of. Moving in itself is already stressful but I really appreciate JB and the assistant manager for making the in store transaction very smooth. Everyone had great customer service and I really appreciate it.”
