“I actually visited a different Metro which was short staffed. The sales associate seemed to be occupied with other thoughts, wasnt really educated with the products, didnt really have what I needed or just maybe she wasnt having a good day. The associate did suggest to call another store because I was advised that each store is a franchise and markets differently. So I called the Metro located on Hairston Road and spoke with Juice and she was wonderful an absolute sweetheart. Not only did Juice know her products but her customer service was excellent. You can tell Juice loves her job! Coming from a person who believes in having an ultimate customer service experience, I was just happy to know that others do care! The other associate working was pleasant too, and Happy Birthday to her! We need more people like those two ladies working to make this world a better place! They deserve a raise!”
“This new arabica girl employees are no good. they over charged me and also didn’t get my situation fixed. they told me my service will be on by tomorrow. but nothing happen. so i took to different location and they told me those location girls are no good. really not recommend this location.”

“I have gotten a few items here. I purchased a washer and dryer here. When we had trouble with the dryer, I called the store and they sent someone out the same day to see what the issue was. He couldn't repair it himself so they called a repair man to come and repair our dryer. Our dryer was up and running by the next day. Everything was done in a timely manner.”
