“This is my second attempt at adding this review to commend the staff at T-Mobile on Panola Road. I work in the retail industry as well and know the importance of providing excellent customer service.Well, that is exactly what I received after my Note-10 plus was stolen at work. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Nyne, Antwon, and Kim during my first visit. All three of them were AMAZING!!!!! They answered all my questions and showed me different options for a new phone.I wasn't ready to make a decision that night because I needed to process all the awesome information they provided. I returned to the store two days later looking for my A-Team but they had already left for the day.Jarrell and Bobby were the two employees I worked with that night and they also provided excellent service. I am extremely happy with my new phone and T-Mobile should be proud of their staff at this location!!!!!! :-)”
