Today, my son took my husband to a medical appointment and the van wouldn't start as they were ready to leave.I called to see how busy they were with service. Thanks to Franklin, he stayed on the phone until we figured out what our issue was. The steering wheel in our van got locked accidentally and he walked my son through that.We almost had it towed and would have had to get a medical transport for my husband. Thanks for the great service and offering to help when you didn't have to!”

“I got a car that had an expired tag on it. The second one was fine though, it took me 3 days to get someone to answer my call when I was trying to get the original returned.I got through originally and told the representative what happened, they understood and were looking for my paperwork. 5pm hit and the phones were disconnected. I didn't get a call the next day or anything.. 3 days later the phone system finally connected me and the rep was like "OH YES, I remember you, sure come swap it out" but why did it take 3 days? Why didn't someone call me the next day? They knew the issue, they knew who I was, they knew I was driving their car on expired tags so why did I have to reach out to them again?Other than that the service was fine but it really irked me that the responsibility to fix this problem was entirely on me and who knows what is going on with their phone system.”

“Got to enjoy my slingshot on my birthday with my daughter. Richard from Slingplug rentals walked me through the easy process with online booking! I booked online and they delivered to my house and also picked up. I was very happy with the customer service and how easy they made it. I wanted to add, they answer their 800 number fast each time. “I have been meaning to send this review for a few months, but I am glad that I am sending this now. Contrary to the reviews I actually now only want to use this location. My experience happened on April 16th. I ordered a vehicle after leaving another Avis for unsatisfactory service. When I arrived to the location, the vehicle that I ordered was not available. Of course initially I was upset, however the owner of the location went out of her way to call me and to call the company to see if there were other vehicles available. She called me personally to see if she could help. I had never experienced anyone that cared that much. Her compassion won me over as a customer and now I will go out of my way to come back.”

“I wish there were more locations, but I'm pretty happy with the service here in Atlanta. I started using Zipcar in Boston, and kept my membership when I moved down south. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”

“Kind and generous service! Just returned a 16 foot truck on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Cari who graciously helped direct me into a parking slot at this location. While checking the fuel she noted the gauge Was not on the “F†for full and cautioned me that I would be penalized if it was not full. I had just stopped a ½ mile away and thought I had topped it off when the pump at the QuikTrip would not allow me to add any more gas. Cari offered to drive the truck to any station it's me to verify that it was full. We drove to the closest Shell and I was able to add another $15 dollars of gas. I'll cannot understand why the pump at the CITGO the night before and the QuikTrip both stopped almost 5 gallons shy of full. Regardless thank to Cari's kindness and help I avoided a surcharge for fuel. Both Cari and the service tech working this Sunday could not have been more kind and helpful.”
