“I’ve been coming to this branch for the past six months, and I can honestly say that the staff has improved a lot! My favorite person at the bank is Dre, the teller on the drive-through. His smile can instantly brighten up anyone’s day. The first time I met him, he completed my transaction and set up my virtual bank card in just five minutes. He’s always so handsome and just a joy to work with! Even if the wait at the drive-through is long, I don’t mind because Dre is always on the move, making sure to do his job efficiently. “Columbia Dr. branch closed so I had to come here to close out my deceased son's acct. I saw the reviews and was apprehensive. They were super busy, so I asked for CS. Jay, the branch mgr. stopped what she was doing to assist me. Gentleman with the heavy accent assisted me and took care of my business with courtesy and ease. I did not have any problems. Teller was nice as well.”
