“Broke my phone and had the pleasure of meeting two great people. Chris Adams and Jada Pace. They were working gave me excellent advice and save me extra costs. I got my new phone and it was not able to complete the setup from home with the online expert. I returned to this Verizon store where Jada and Chris spent time re setting up and getting all my information to transfer over to the new phone. I spent $0 at their store and was treated great and very respectful never felt like I was a bother or being rushed. It took a lot to get the phone set up and they were great.
