Wish I had a before picture for DS headlight but it was super cloudy. Now it matches the more recently replaced PS headlight.”

“They let me in the door at 10 o'clock on the dot. As the employee was locking the door he seen me coming and politly asked me to extinguish my cigarette and opened the door for me. He then helped me find the power steering fluid that I desperately needed. Most employees, when it's time to go home, wouldn't open the door and help, with a positive attitude. I am proud that this is my neighborhood autoparts store.”

“Do you pay a little more? Yes, but when I say NAPA is on point. They greet you, tell you they will be with you in a moment, or ask if anyone is helping you yet. They immediately get the part and your transaction is completed in under 2 mins. Bypass all the other wannabe parts stores.... too many young, inexperienced, don't care, texting on their cellphone employees.”

“These guys were so nice! I came down to visit family and during my drive down my wiper came apart in the rain. I went in to get new ones. The guys on the front desk awesome. They decided who was the best person to do the job. There were complications but my helper continued to smile and laugh as he worked. It was the most pleasant repair experience I can remember.
