I took my car to them on January 20, 2024 because a deer hit my car while I was driving to work, and it’s February 1, and my car was ready to be picked up. The customer service is great, and Juliana at Jodeco Auto Body shop is amazing, very professional, and reassured me with great customer service when I was concerned about pricing and how the repairs were coming along. Juliana is also a champ when it comes to working with insurance companies like State Farm and having them work on your car is one of the best decisions you will ever make! D, he listened to my situation I told him what could solve it, now understand I had been to another auto parts store I won't name it but they pretty must left me on my own to fail. Thus guy Chris, even though he had other duties and customers, didn't leave me to fail, he found what I needed, people understand he saved me from having a horrible day. I just wanted it to be known, that's been the best customer service I have had in years, and as I said earlier I'm not even from Georgia, I've been to many states traveling so that says alot. “I want to thank the management and staff at 1 Stop Car Care in McDonough, GA for such a wonderful experience on today (Thursday; July 13, 2023). Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and friendly.. The manager, and his team were very accommodating, personable, humble, responsive as well as professional. I was sent to them by Discount Tire because my Honda Odyssey Elite Touring Minivan needed stud repair work done. It was important that I get the repairs done today, because I was heading out of town the next day. Although they were completly booked they understood my dilemma and made an exception to complete the emergency repairs. Everyone there worked together as a well organized team, and seemed more like family instead of co-workers, they also made me feel valued as a customer. It's not every automotive center that treats their customers this way, or provide the type of exceptional service and customer care that I received at 1 Stop Car Care. “I went for a emissions test and failed. I needed a new gas cap. I saw a O'Reilly Auto Parts not even a block away. I went in and said good morning, the woman behind the counter sighed, then reluctantly asked can she help me. I stopped in my tracks, turned around and left. The negative attitude was too much. Not far from there, I spotted AutoZone. I walked in and two young men, Javion and Demico, both greeted me kindly and ask what can they help me with. I gave them my info and what I didn't know, Javion went to my van to show me where to find the information. Eventhough the computer said they were out, he went back to double check and found the last one. They went beyond. I so appreciate them. They made my day. Thank you!”
