He immediately came up to me when I pulled up and helped get me checked in. He was super helpful and very polite. Josh made me feel as if I was the only customer he had that day, I felt like a VIP customer. I could tell he was super busy, but that didn’t stop him from making sure I was well taken care of and made sure all the things I needed done were addressed and then some. I felt he went over and beyond his actual duties. He also made sure my service was fine in a timely matter. I was in and out in less time than I expected. I will definitely be asking for Josh each time I come in. Thank you for not making my experience seem like a “chore” that I had to do!”

They went ahead and gathered my information and even waited with me until my ride arrived! They fixed my car the next day! I wasn’t even without my car for 24 hours! I showed up at 7:30 when they opened and as promised they brought my vehicle into the shop, mounted and balanced the tires professionally. “Got a screw in my minivan tire at our storage facility and was able to drive here and get a patch. There were a couple of people ahead of me with other needs, so I think we waited 10-15 minutes, but they assessed and fixed it and it was $25 cash or $27 with a card. They have jacks sitting out front just waiting for you to pull up. I think 2-3 guys were there at that time, about 50 minutes before closing time on a dark, 40-degree, rainy evening. They are swift. “This review is only for the gas station at Sam's Club.We came here to fill up the gas tank before driving back to Atlanta. The gas price was the least expensive in Athens. The gas station was clean, and located across the parking lot from Sam's Club. The station's queue area leading up to the pumps could accommodate many cars and the painted lines were straight and visible. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait in a long line; however, the wait time was extended due to customers not being in any hurry. I usually see a Sam's Club employee walking around the gas station, no matter where I go; not this time, though.”
