There was a lot of damage to my Jeep and many issues, but each time they were able to troubleshoot and fix anything. Unfortunately, in the end, there was too much damage and my insurance company decided to total my Jeep. Akins took great care of me all along the way. When there were issues with my insurance company, they loaned me one of their vehicles. When it was decided that my Jeep was totaled and my insurance company was low balling me on the settlement price, they put me in touch with Jordan Wooten of Wooten Umpire and Appraisals who got me another $10k over what my insurance company was offering. Tim Murphy and Tim Adels did a great job getting the Jeep back together and were always very helpful. When I needed documentation to fight with my insurance company, Elain Hunt (who is an absolute sweetheart) always provided what I needed as quickly as possible. The people at Akins Collision took much better care of me than my insurance company did. If you are ever in a car accident, take your car to Akins. They will go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle.”
