1898 Railroad St, Statham“All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. But what really sold me on the customer service @ HGH is that, while Allen was probably dealing with people ordering thousands of $ worth of cabinets, he treated my order of 3 hinges like they were just as important. I could not be more pleased.”
“Fast and efficient service in the repair store. Their process was explained (deposit, estimate, repair, pay with refund on deposit) and we were informed of the expected time for repairs. Loved the level of communication and excellent service!I even found some half-sized jam pots for canning that I had been searching for for months. And they were reasonably priced.I will definitely be going back to Luke's in future.”
“I have been a Hills customer for over 30 years. Local family owned for generations. If you need help here, you get it. One stop shop for anything from a small home repair to building one from ground up. Exmark dealer and a small engine shop. Excellent customer service.”
“Very helpful for a younger staff. They got me exactly what I needed to finish up the job I had going on. I made right before they closed and they didn't rush me out door.”
“Very kind down to earth people! This is a great place to acquire knowledge about how to treat your customers. Many businesses today are not meeting expectations with customer service! My money being spent where we are treated like we are valued !”
