“Lots of rusty tools, everything in here has a story. Is truly an "antique" store, not some quirky hippy store which sells pillows with "live love laugh" on em. Bought a couple rusty axheads, the guy threw in an ax handle for real cheap compared to dpt. store price and even showed me some tips on how to head an axe. Really thoroughly enjoyed this place; what I've been looking for in an antique store for a while.”

Loved the level of communication and excellent service!I even found some half-sized jam pots for canning that I had been searching for for months. On that same trip to this Home Depot, 2 different people complimented me in the store and then a lady asked me to reach something on a top shelf (i'm really tall) so I helped her and she was so happy. “I usually prefer Home Depot for their customer service, but I had a great experience at Lowe's today. I saw a Weber Grill at the Epps Bridge location that was on sale. I wanted to buy it but they only had a floor model. I was worried about disassembly and getting it in my sedan. The associate called the Lexington Ave location and found they had it, in stock, at the same price, in a box. He asked them to have it at customer service by the time I got there.I purchased it at the Eastside location but it was obvious it would not fit in sedan. There associate there was nice enough to help me unpack it and load it into my car, in the RAIN.Thanks, to both Lowe's locations for the great customer service”
“I am posting this for Mrs Paula Leavitt. She was in your store last night and wanted to be sure that Kyle and Stewart are recognized for their kindness to her.I went to Lowe’s last night - 2 days before Christmas - to get one last gift. I am old and disabled and, since I’ve been using a rollator walker, I’ve really noticed how rude and impatient many people are so I dreaded the venture into the store especially since it’s so hard to get anyone to help you in the big stores anymore. Also, the item I wanted was big and heavy so it all seemed very daunting. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I snagged the first employee I saw and asked when I might find the item I wanted. His name was Kyle and he took me to the correct area of the store, helped me select what I was looking for, loaded it up on a cart and went with me to check out. Another employee, Stewart, came up to Kyle while we waited at checkout and said he had a customer wanting paint mixed and he didn’t know how to do that. So Kyle said he would go and mix the paint if Stewart would help me get checked out and load my item into my vehicle. So Stewart did exactly that even rearranging the stuff in the back of my van to make room. So kudos to Lowe’s and especially to Kyle and Stewart for such wonderful customer service. They were both so nice, so helpful and patient with an old lady who moves slowly. I hope they see this so they can know they made my day and renewed my faith in people.”

“My company had an emergency at an off site location, and we needed liquid nitrogen to complete a repair to get our machinery up and running. This event occurred after hours, and NO other gas company would respond to our need. Not only did Air Gas of Athens deliver the needed nitrogen, Dwayne delivered the nitrogen after hours twice! Because of Mr. Lane's prompt and professional response, we were able to make the necessary repairs, we were able to get the machinery up and running.Every organization needs employees like Dwayne Lane. “Everyone seems to only leave reviews on a negative experience! Very rarely on a job well done. I must leave a positive review with an overwhelming desire from an associate at East Athens GA location (store # 2204). I remember the associates name somehow. His name was Ronnie. I won't bore everyone with the details of our encounter other than stating a few facts. Ronnie was polite at our 1st interaction, willing to help without judgement, helpful, did an excellent job with cutting a piece of custom sized glass , small talk about colleges attended, packaged the glass securely and very safe to prevent getting cut accidentally. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I've gotten excellent service from this location on multiple visits. That's why store (2204) is my go to store on pool supplies, lawn and garden, appliances, home improvement, power tools, etc... Just wanted to give all the team at Store #2204 on a job well done! Keep up the excellent service!”
