Location no bad, price is all good. Only issue with me is that I like newer apartment models. If you are cool with old outdated designs then this is the place for you.

Super outdated , Small Kitchen, good luck with water pressure. Not gonna get what you pay for . Never had a problem with management or maintenance though they were always on top of things
