“Best move I have ever made, and I have moved a lot. I have so many positive things to say about Beacon Place. The grounds are clean and well kept. The pool and clubhouse are always spotless and Stephanie and the ladies in the office are knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to any needs or requests. This is the first apartment I have lived in, and I was hesitant to say the least, but the walls must have soundproofing in them because I haven't heard a sound from the neighbors on either side of me. The interior of the apartment is clean and classy. The decor and appliances are first class, and each unit comes with its own garage. I highly recommend Beacon Place Statesboro to anyone who wants to live in a safe, peaceful community. My intentions are to stay here for years if possible and enjoy life.”

Spacious closets, large living rooms, nice bathrooms, top quality gym w/ updated equipment, and to top it off the BEST staff in the Statesboro! Elisha and Deja are those girls and are TOP tier! “As the parent of a student considering this property, this needs to be said. I have visited this property a few times over the past few years due to this being my 3rd child that is attending GSU. I have gradually watched this property go downhill over the course of the last 6 years but my most recent conversations with the new staff has been the best yet. They are consistent and extremely responsive. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Nicole, the property manager today. She filled me in on the new management and the plans they have for the vault. My kid is excited because of the upcoming renovations to he business center and I like the price.”

“Had an issue on move-in day (which is obviously the worst day to need something done immediately), but the property manager, Lulu, and Kim were communicative on the repairs to my unit. Within less than 3 days, the repair was made and I am very appreciative of their quickness to help me fix the unit. The repair was done quickly & the work was pretty good, too. So thank you to admin & maintenance!”

“If you plan on staying here make sure you take pictures upon the move-in and move-out and the conditions of the apartment! Me and My husband stayed here from January to March and had to leave on Military orders! They told us to be out by Friday even though we told them this process does not have to be immediate and they ended up charging us with over $2000 worth of trash fees, damage fees and so much more when we definitely left the apartment in better condition than when we got there! They will lie and make up all kinds of things if you do not keep proper documentation! this was definitely a wake-up call for e and my husband and now we have to pay 2,0000 just to be able to rent again. If I could give it zero stars I would ! I only gave it 5 to make sure this gets seen”

Never had a problem with the landlord, she was awesome the whole 3 years I resided on the property. Would recommend the property to anyone seeking a place to stay. Thank you for everything Jennifer.”

“My husband and I have been living here with our son for for a few months now and we love it. The manager Michelle and her husband are always very on top of things. Any time we have ever needed anything fixed or done they get it done almost immediately. We definitely plan on renewing our lease a few times until we get something bigger.”

“The Garden District has the most caring staff of any apartment I have stayed in. They are very accommodating and assess any issues or requests with kindness. Any maintenance requests are always fully looked after, and I have never had to wait for an issue to be fixed, thanks to their amazing staff. Rheanna, the leasing manager, is delightful. She is very kind and helpful and has been a big reason why my experience has been positive!”

“I think one eleven is a great place to stay. It’s really close to campus and that’s what I love about it. You have your own bathroom and a walk in closet! The price is nice and everything such as utilities comes in included. Now in the beginning it was rough but one eleven took charge and we have on site security! My first experience has not been bad and I truly like it here !”

“I've lived at Cambridge now for a little over two years. While there have been multiple issues that have popped up while living on the premises, I've always been able to turn to the people in the front office to resolve my issues. While some workers are less invested than others, Christian in particular is one of the best people to solve issues. Not only is she invested in correcting problems that arise, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best results possible. She is caring, friendly, and very professional. If I could give more than 5 stars just for her I would.”

“My wife and I moved here in March of this year and we absolutely love it here! We toured pretty much every apartment complex in the Statesboro area and this one is the best when all factors are considered. The location, rent price, facilities, and space in the units is fantastic. The management and staff are also very helpful and I have no complaints! My favorite part of living here is that the rent includes the utilities, so I only have to worry about one bill a month! Overall, my wife and I love it here and I would encourage anybody to at least take a tour if they're looking to move to this area.”
