Tom in appliances at the Ormond beach Lowes was the best!!! The installer for Lowe's did a fantastic job and was not messy at all!!!! Great service from start to finish!!!!

Customer service and competitive pricing are declining. I started looking elsewhere for all my household supplies and home improvement products.

I ordered a refrigerator from them almost a month ago and still don't have it. The Lowe's store uses excuses that their delivery is done by a third party but I didn't give that third party my money! I gave it to LOWES. They are very unreliable!
