“Let me tell y’all how BLESSED I feel having Britney help me and my daughter today… I had a disaster @ Avis down the street from this budget & I had to get online @ Avis & find a rental so I could make it out of town @ a decent time. So I tried my luck & booked a rental 20 mins in advance of pick up. I got to the budget @ about 105pm I booked @ 1240pm for a 100pm pick up when I got there I was told we have no cars!! I started to get upset and so discouraged cause I promised my daughter a trip before they head back to school… But GOD & Britney made it happen… She got me in a rental in less than 15 mins. Made me & definitely my daughter’s day!! I thank GOD for people like Britney who have a heart & GREAT customer service skills. I had to dish out double of what I wanted to pay but it was WORTH it for my daughter & for my encounter with Britney & her exceptional service.”
