“I must give a BIG shout out to Brandon who saved the day for me! I had booked a same day reservation online and they didn’t have the car there that I booked or anything similar. They only had Diesel trucks available. I was so tired from my long flight from Denver, I told Brandon that I’d take it. Brandon had such a warm and pleasant demeanor and made me feel right at home. He had me laughing and cheered me up despite the hiccup. Midway through the convo, Brandon made a call to another Budget location and found a way to get me another rental at the same rate! He was the very first person I encountered in Snellville—and it was my first time here. After all I went through, He really made my day and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Brandon! ❤️”
