“Excited. Loved visiting this Home Depot store located at Lithia Springs with my hubby. I really wanted an Eco show. While he did the shopping a Mr. Jeffrey asked if he could assist me. When I told him I wanted an Eco Show but missed the sales on amazon, he asked how much they were. He was so kind and knocked of $25.00 . Left me speechless. This employee was very helpful and kind. Though I greatly appreciate the discount, what really stood out was how courteous he was. Not all employees take the time to offer assistance so respectfully and with a smile.”

So, apparently I am considered a pro with Home Depot and I had no clue. I was informed by Kat that I was a pro and I had perks to retrieve. Long story short, she took care of everything on the phone because I wasn’t there and my contractor was coming to get things for me. She has saved me so much money and future money. “Selected two new wall mounted outdoor light fixtures to complement our rebuilt back deck this week. Lowe's had a great selection of options! The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option. “What an AWESOME company! They had done the closet systems over 20 years ago in this home we bought 2 years ago. (Even after over 20 years, all 4 closet systems are still in perfect condition and look brand new!). I contacted them because we wanted to add 2 more closet shelves. Lyndsay got back to me immediately and gave me a very reasonable price for the 2 shelves. After a measurement error on MY part, they even cut the new shelves down for me (at no cost!) so I wouldn't have to order the shelves all over again. Such amazing customer service the whole way through on such a very small order--so rare these days! And such great LONG-TERM quality. They deserve 10 stars!!!Service: Closet design”

“Soooo today was pretty crazy day and of all days I had to stop by Home Depot. This Home Depot literally down the street from me so of course it's convenient. “I have had good experiences with this home depot. Occasionally, it seems like there are no employees anywhere. But mostly I can find someone to help me. I specifically want to shout out Romario and Olivia at the door department. Olivia helped me initially and Romario has helped me every time since. He helped walk me through the process since I was not familiar with what I would need. Next up is to pick up the door and get it installed. Overall, I've had good experiences here.”

“I would like to give a review to a fine gentleman name, Isaac Peralta he was so courteous and so friendly, so professional, and helped me throughout the store. He was very helpful even when helping me a customer came up, and he paused, excused himself from me, then told the customer to wait if he could for a moment he would get to him and then he looked at me and I told him no go ahead help him. I’m here I have more time and courteously told me I will distress what he needs or send to the department and I’ll get right back to you as we were standing there he turned around Question and then came back to me, and it was done so professionally Surprised he is management material.
