“What an AWESOME company! They had done the closet systems over 20 years ago in this home we bought 2 years ago. (Even after over 20 years, all 4 closet systems are still in perfect condition and look brand new!). I contacted them because we wanted to add 2 more closet shelves. Lyndsay got back to me immediately and gave me a very reasonable price for the 2 shelves. After a measurement error on MY part, they even cut the new shelves down for me (at no cost!) so I wouldn't have to order the shelves all over again. Such amazing customer service the whole way through on such a very small order--so rare these days! And such great LONG-TERM quality. They deserve 10 stars!!!Service: Closet design”

“I got a 54 inch fan for $85 same fan $169 plus tax in Home Depot. They check to make sure all of the items are in the box. It takes a while but I appreciate the attention to detail the lady had working with me. I’ve already been back twice! They told me about an email list so you know when the shipments come.”

“What an amazing experience buying an iron door at the Marietta home center store. We first visited their Roswell location as well to see a specific style but they weren’t as helpful or polite. Went to Marietta and boy was Anthony very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He showed us the multiple options and helped us decide. Then cerieilo helped us complete the purchase. I came back three months later and they still remembered me. Amazing customer service. Those two gentlemen deserve a raise or bonus for going above and beyond.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Kim D today at the Home Depot in Austell. She is a fellow veteran as I am a veteran of the US Army we both served in KUWAIT during Desert Storm. She went out of her way to assist me with my kitchen faucet leak. It was difficult to find the part I needed but Kim D did not stop until I left the store with the correct part. Her customer service and attention to detail skills are second to none. She sets the bar high for public service and commitment to her job. Her pleasant demeanor and smile are priceless. “I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”

“We have been shopping the Glastonbury Home Depot for years. Whenever I need help in the Electrical department, I look for a store employee named- Lucinda. I appreciate her professionalism, courteousness and knowledge. She is polite, asks pertinent questions so she understands what we are trying to accomplish then leads you or directs you to exactly what you are looking for. She saves us time and aggravation. We have run into other people that she has helped, and they know exactly who we are talking about as they have had the same experience as we have.
