I suppose I am going to go ahead and join the long, very long list of 1 star reviews. We have a package being delivered from Spain. We live in Cleveland TN, the package is supposed to be delivered by this location. At 7:11 PM I get an e-mail that there was an attempt to deliver and no one was home. We were home. We were eating dinner, 20 feet from the front door. After reading the obscene amount of 1 star reviews, I just sigh and shake my head.I've filed a complaint with the company and received the automated e-mail saying someone will contact me within 24 hours. We will see.For any over-seas sellers looking to use this company, be warned. This place needs to be shut down.*** Update, The day after I posted the above review and in response to Ken's reply. ***Hi Ken,I did e-mail your company. Daniel replied. Here is her reply:Dear Sterling,I apologize for any inconvenience.I understand how important this shipment is for you.Please note, the driver will reattempt to deliver your package today, November 17th. It will be out for delivery shortly and delivered during the day. Please let us know if the driver needs an access code or specific delivery instructions, since it appears that the driver could not access into your residence.Thank you for contacting DHL Express US Customer Service.If you have questions or further assistance is needed, please do not hesitate yourself to contact us back.***END of Daniel's reply***Here is my reply back to her, which would be for yourself and any future customers to read:Hi Daniel,Your driver lied about being unable to access our property. There is no hinderance to our property. No gate, we don't live in a subdivision, no road blocks, no anything that hindered them. I assume they simply just did not want to drive to Cleveland TN from Smyrna Georgia. That is no other reason why they could not deliver the package yesterday. That being said, the reviews of your company found on Google reflect that the issue of packages not being delivered is not new for your company. Over and over again I read last night how packages are not delivered due to the driver claiming they could not.I understand you are an employee who has no contact over the driver. That being said, your company continues to make a terrible name for itself when it allows its employees to opt out of doing their job.There is no reason at all why the driver cannot deliver the package today. We have a driveway with nothing impeding access to it. We live off of a public road. Please consider passing along the information to the manager of the Smyrna location so-as correction can be made where needed for the sake of DHL's business reputation.Thank you.***End of my reply to Daniel***I believe the above correspondence with Daniel sufficiently details out the grievance I, along with literally over a hundred other people, have.

I lost my package & the date of delivery said NOT AVAILABLE waiting for 3 weeks been calling them & they always said they’re still waiting for the station to give them an update but instead of holding the package status they changed it to DELIVERED with no sign or any proof of delivery. whenever I called to ask about my package they said I’m not supposed to call because they’re gonna call me in schedule but at the first time I called they said it’s not their job to monitor the package. this is so bad.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They marked my package as delivered, but my family member verified that a DHL vehicle never even came down the street at all. I escalated my issue to their chat team and they escalated my issue to a rep that called me. The rep then proceeds to tell me that they delivered my package to the wrong address and that they will not be able to recover the merchandise until Monday since it’s Friday . (That’s if they can even recover it). Otherwise, I will have to go back through the company to get my money. This is an absolutely horrible experience and I will definitely avoid using DHL in the future regarding “express deliveries”.

The absolute worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My package was supposed to be delivered and did not require a signature to deliver. Both days/times, someone has been home; however, my package has been labeled as failure to deliver due to no one being there to sign both times. Not once has anyone attempted to deliver a package to my home at all. I have confirmed my address is correct multiple times with multiple people. I’ve been assured it would be delivered the next day multiple times. Well it was supposed to be delivered today, only for the exact same thing to happen. Customer service is a joke. I just keep getting told it’ll come tomorrow.They also conveniently don’t have a corporate number I can call. I’m sure I won’t be getting my package. Beware of using Smyrna GA DHL if you actually want to receive your packages.

I'm highly disappointed, this is the 3rd time of losing my parcel, I was home throughout yesterday waiting for my parcel to deliver only to see on the tracking that it was delivered to my doorstep which I opened the door widely, I called DHL customer service immediately I was shocked with the lady's response that I should contact the sender for claim. I have my Supplements and body scrub in the parcel. Please this is getting too much. This is the third time. Please try to investigate this matter. I was told Cynthia signed for the parcel I'm not Cynthia and I was at home throughout yesterday 10/9/2023.

Nefeterria is the BEST DHL driver - she comes everyday and is SUPER pleasant. Even if we have more packages than expected or need a few additional moments she always goes the extra mile to make sure the DHL experience is TOP TIER! Delivered my package promptly and with care. The young lady had a great sense of humor. I had let my dog out to relieve herself, and the next thing I heard was a screeching scream!! Terrified, I threw on some clothes and ran out to see what the commotion was.It was my dog trying to play with her, jumping around and whatnot, and she was initially frightened before realizing she was not an aggressive (~20lb, small Boston terrier) pet. I got my dog inside and apologized profusely, but she reassured me that everything was ok, and she was not afraid of playful dogs.We shared a laugh, and I wished her well.Great service, very professional!Thank you!!!

I will now join the long list of people in these reviews who had their DHL package stolen from the Mirror Lake warehouse/shipping station. Wish I could give 0 stars. The package was listed as "out for delivery" for a 48 hour period. Then, at exactly 5:20 pm on the second day, I received a delivery confirmation that the package was delivered...at 5:30 pm (!!!), a time that hadn't even happened yet. I escalated the problem to the highest level I could within the DHL call center and was told that the truck had never even left Mirror Lake. There was no picture of proof of delivery either, which means that a driver scanned it as delivered at the station, as the truck never even left where it was. I can only assume it was stolen by the driver or the inventory person. I have no idea when or if I will be able to get my money back and wasted an unbelievable amount of time trying to find out what was going on with this package. I'm going to keep following up, but it's unreal how they treat people who complain at the lower levels, even when it is extremely clear that something is very wrong with the package trajectory. I can't believe they can steal people's things and get away with it, but that's the situation I'm currently in with them.PS This email address that they offer (the "social" one below) is basically a PR ploy to make themselves look less bad in these reviews. Instead of apologizing, they blame the customer, even though in my case, the shipment is recorded as being misdelivered. It's truly the worst shipping company in the world.

Terrible delivery service. DHL abused my pkg sending it different locations and haven’t delivered the pkg. lousy customer service and broken tracking system. Each time it’s new update with customer service. The staff keep lying about the delivery and just push it to next day. !!! TERRIBLE!! Awful staff and awful service ..Original deliver scheduled Aug 21 - failed to deliver then Aug 22 sent to wrong facility to Ohio from Georgia. Pkg delivery address is suwanee Georgia. Aug 23 status is pkg in Cincinnati ….. god knows where it’ll end up by end of business today.Lousy service and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Made a gift shipment on 6/22/2023. It was a aphone,chartering watch. It cost me$ 212.92. On 6/26/2023, they called me and told me your package failed inspection. Dhl employee packed the package. She told me she can't pack the airpods because they had lithium batteries. I didn't pack them. Very inefficient. Wasted my time. A gift for me daughter .Sorry to say am disappointed my package is still not shipped yet.

Today I needed my package early. I saw the last scan said Smyrna, so I took a chance to drive out there. I was at the wrong location. Tasha and Will tracked down my package at the Lake Mirror facility and went the extra mile to call and have my package held at the front desk.Let me say, I’m fully aware they didn’t have to do that but they did. It was done with the best customer service. I appreciate that because what I need to give my client the best service is in that package.Thank you Tasha ans Will for going above and beyond for me today.

I would give them a zero at this point if I could. First, the driver falsified the status on my package by claiming that they ‘attempted’ to deliver it which was a lie. I deal with their customer support about this false statement. I’m promised my package will be delivered the following day, however once again at the end of the day the package is STILL not here. This location has some of the worst workers that have ever existed. I’m still working to get my package. It’s a nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This review deserves 0 stars. DHL Express ServicePoint has disappointed me to no avail. Customer Service is awful. The inexperienced investigation team is even worse. Recently, I inquired about a missing package. In fact, I called several times about the same package. The first investigator stated the package was delivered to my address which is a P.O. Box for all deliveries. I was also instructed to call the manufacturer and report the package missing. The Post Office supervisor stated the package never arrived. Called DHL again, a second investigation was launched. The second investigator stated she was sorry I did not receive my package, but the trucks GPS show the package was delivered. I knew this was a lie!!! The delivery location showed the package never left Symrna, GA. The package was scanned when it arrived. The package also showed delivered in Symrna. I do not have a Symrna address. The time the package supposedly left the warehouse arrived to its destination in 19 minutes which is impossible. The travel time is a minimum of 34 minutes to my address from the warehouse. I have a snap shot of all the scans and times. I brought this to the investigator's attention. She apologized again and told me to call my bank and dispute the payment. This is not fair to the consumer. DHL lost my package valuing $344.23 and fail to take responsibility for mishandling my items. I also asked the investigator about particular policies and she did not have any answers. How can someone investigate properly without knowing policies? I will continue doing everything I have to do to get my money back. I work too hard to be mistreated in this manner. Clearly, my package was stolen from within DHL Express ServicePoint. I decided to read the reviews after my experience. I see this treatement is quite common. This place needs to be audited and investigated for corruption.

It's ridiculous how dhl courier service delivery keeps repeating same thing. This is the third I waited from morning till night to receive my package, next message I will receive is that an attempted delivery was made but no one is at home to receive it. PURE BALLANT LIE!The customer care reps are the most rudest set of people I have ever communicated with.Poor customer service and lack of empathy.I won't even advise my enemy to utilize DHL service. It's horrible and frustrating.
