Nefeterria is the BEST DHL driver - she comes everyday and is SUPER pleasant. Even if we have more packages than expected or need a few additional moments she always goes the extra mile to make sure the DHL experience is TOP TIER! African American Guy at the counter was really nice. He helped me figure out the price chart a gave really good customer service. I was definitely happy he was there to help.

This location is short staffed. The man who helped me initially said that my package was at another location that was 30 minutes away. After advising him to look again, he found my package. They need to be more diligent at this location.
