I would like to thank everyone at the DHL Express Station in Smyrna (Especially Matt) for saving the day. We were in desperate need to get our package before our big day and Matt on his day off was extremely nice and came all the way to our house to make sure we had our package. What a life saver. Thank you! Matt needs a raise!

This location has been great. We have had multiple international shipments on ebay we needed assistance with. On all ocassions the ladies working the counter were very helpful and patient. They went the extra mile to be sure we got the orders on the way to our customer. Its a frustrating process but they made it pleasant! Thank you!

Edit: once again my package was delayed after being told by multiple agents that it would be delivered today I reached out to the person who responded to this and they were no help at all .
.The people here are so lazy, my package got held at the facility for a unknown reason I drive all the way to the location in attempt to pick up the package, and was told package is confirmed here but they don't want to go look for it even after pleading with them,and if you look in the back they're all just sitting there doing nothing ,all the 1 star reviews do not surprise me save yourself the headache use ups or FedEx

If you don’t have a box, DHL has it now! Ms. Lynette was really helpful and efficient! She showed me how to re-pack my box and saved me money! Great customer service ??

I changed my package delivery for Monday August 26th . My package has yet left the Smyrna location. I’ve called to understand why I don’t see my package moving or out for delivery and I was told my package is lost . Where is my package ???

After multiple calls and multiple emails to the DHL, it’s the same status again this evening. Delivery attempted but no response at consignee address. This is unapologetic and disrespectful of my time. This is borderline cheating.
The drivers should be held accountable for their poor action. My package was expected to be delivered today. I was home all day. I got a text stating delivery was attempted but no one was home. No driver ever came to my front door. This is literally the 2nd time it happened. It’s very annoying.

No way to get help . Delivery from 3-5 entroute by end of day. Ita 10:30 pm. No delivery but it’s still coming tonight and I have to be available. I’m so pissed off rn .

I paid extra for express shipping to my specific address and authorized a non-signature drop-off and they delivered it to the wrong address and its now on hold at the facility. The delivery drivers are either lazy or incompetent. Avoid using DHL at all cost.

LIAR!!!!!!! I was home all day because I was waiting for my package to be arrived. At 11:33am, my shipment was "on hold". I was tracking it every single hour. I finally got an email saying shipment is out with courier for delivery at 5:08pm. I thought it was odd since I usually get out for delivery message in the morning, but I was so happy that it was still coming today, but 15 mins later, they sent another email saying they couldn't deliver it because I wasn't home... I WAS HOME ALL DAY BY THE DOOR. And how do you get Alpharetta from Smyrna in 15 mins????? Do you have superpower or something? If you guys are going to be late, just be honest it will be delayed. Why would you lie that you attempted to deliver? I just authorized that they can leave my package without my signature so that they can't lie anymore, but I just read another review here that they even lied when the person authorized they can leave the package without the person's signature. WHAT A LIAR
