“Was pleasantly surprised with Gail at Life Storage, now Extra Storage. Our storage facility unexpectedly closed and gave us very little notice to vacate. After many calls to other storage facilities I reached Gail who was sympathetic to our situation and was able to find a spot that she thought would be vacant at the end of the month. She made a call to the current renter to verify that they would be moving and let us know that we could have the spot. We are so grateful that she made the extra effort to help us.”
“Researched local storage facilities that had climate control but were also reasonably priced. Gatekeeper had a 50% off two months special which was a perfect time frame for me...plus proximity to our new home was perfect. Upon out of state arrival, it was easy to make contact with them so they could unlock our unit. Next time we stopped by, after our lock was on and it was paid up for two months, they had locked our unit down again. Not super happy and they had no explanation. Just hoping our stuff stays safe and accessible for the next 6 weeks!”
“I had such a great experience with everyone there. Easy to get started with a storage there and welcoming people. Even the after hours help was amazing...just a leave a voicemail and they are pretty prompt at getting back in touch with you. I didn't want to leave them..but never seemed to find anyone to help me move the things into it so I had the storage for months with only a Christmas tree in it so I decided to cancel it. But I know where to go when I'm ready for another one.”
