After many calls to other storage facilities I reached Gail who was sympathetic to our situation and was able to find a spot that she thought would be vacant at the end of the month. She made a call to the current renter to verify that they would be moving and let us know that we could have the spot. We are so grateful that she made the extra effort to help us.”

“From Uhaul to Budget. I tried to work something out with Uhaul online but their system is a bit antiquated. But it was cheaper so went with it. Well I find out a few days before (because I called them) that Uhaul was trying to have me drive 45min just to get a rental place that had a vehicle. (Why they didn't tell me sooner when they knew already). Any way I looked for an alternative and looked up Budget truck rental. Gary & Bill here were so helpful! When I contacted them they went the extra mile and worked on getting me a great price. They have a clean and organized operation. In the end I wondered how I didn't find them sooner, they were great to work with and had a great rental. Would recommend them!”
