They have rolling dollys you can use and everything is through your phone which is great. They also have boxes and moving supplies to buy which is really convenient.”

Lucy and her co worker not only insisted on helping me even though I had unknowingly came in at their store closing time, but they tailored and personalized my experience by focusing on ,y specific goals and objectives. “My favorite storage spot! When I tell you I love this location I really mean it. Not only is the facility nicely maintained but the staff are amazing, especially Nicole. She was my saving grace. She helped me find the perfect unit sizes for the amount of things I had, and trust it was a lot. Since I was transferring them from another storage facility the process was overwhelming, but because of Nicole everything went so smoothly.

Mr. Hayward literally explained the contract throughly line by line, affirmed all the charges with me as well.
Mr. Hayward also explained the discounts online as well.
We proceeded to the gate entrance, that process was explained throughly.
onward to the storage & lock unit, that process was explained throughly.
The grounds were very clean, there was a gentlemen on the roof blowing those leaves off as well!
Mr. Hayward took the time to blow my unit out, which was previously cleaned. He stated “We take care of our customers!”
Mr. Hayward literally walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring I was satisfied with the contract!
