Even though somethings was out of stock, the recovery process where they bring back to front looks amazing. “All family dollar stores are the same. Some good, some bad, such is life. Take the best part. On 1/25/23, this store, one of my locals had what I needed nd I'd been to sum competitors w/o success. For the most part when I've visited, it has been that way. It's also very convenient, so 5stars.”

“Regular Dollar Tree. Stuff starts at $1.25. I used to always go there when it was $1. Disappointing they decided to raise all prices. Check before you go because it is not always open business hours. They were out of helium today. Luckily they had so.e birthday balloons already filled. Fast cashier.”

“Omg, heaven has a place on earth and it just may be this Dollar Tree in Decatur. I live for a Dollar Tree, okay? The extra quarter was such a flaw switch-up, but I'm gonna stick beside 'em. So when I come across a fabulous location, I don't know how to act. My bestie had been telling me how wonderful this Decatur store was for a while and I finally went out of my way to be sure I popped my head in recently. What a win. I actually had a few items on my list so that I didn't go in wandering aimlessly. But somehow, I still did just that. You can't help it! It's so spacious in there! The store was so quiet and peaceful, incredibly clean and so organized. I felt like everytime I went down one aisle, there was another row of 3 right next to it. Each aisle was filled with items I hadn't ever seen at a DT, all neatly laid out in their places. A really incredible selection of goods from office supplies, home goods, food and so much more. There were only 2 out of 3/4 lanes open with a few customers in the queue, but the team moved swiftly and were incredibly kind. (S/O to Ms. Johnetta!) I can't believe that this Dollar Tree has been up under my nose this entire time, I'll be there for those $1.25 deals going forward!”

“This store location is great because it stay mostly stocked up. I was able to find the aisles like pets, personal hygiene, snacks and home goods full stocked. This location also has a PLUS aisle where you can get items for $3.00 to $ 5.00 dollars. It is in a plaza that is very popular with a Touchdown wings, Little Caesars, Dollar tree, and is not far from the Kroger so there is plenty of parking.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this location because of a wonderful gentleman named Mr Charles. He was absolutely lovely. I needed a LOT of balloons blown up and was helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated how friendly he was. “This location is huge and well stocked. I found what I was looking for and more. I loved that Dollar Tree has stepped up they're offerings and has great seasonal decorations. They also have a great gardening section!This location was neat and wasn't too too busy for a Sunday afternoon and opened up a 2nd cashier lane when the line became increasingly long. I also love that its across from Home Depot too!”

“I am no one. Just looking for a lint brush. I hate it on my dress pants for work. The store was stocked very well. I was pleased. Everything was neat & clean. The cashier was just perfect. Well, never found the lint brush. I knew I would find one but I will have to continue my search. However, I found $20.00 worth of stuff to buy anyway. The dollar tree is just addictive. “The store manager Ryan is cute . I think he Jamaican I like his accent . This store is always clean , nice co-workers . They always have what I need . Shelves stay stocked . And make a mental note of who is the original staff at this particular family dollar. don’t let other workers from other family dollars deter you from going to this one . Sometimes they have to grab other workers from other stores to fill-in .”

“I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying”

“Only thing stopping me from giving 5stars is the fact that the system is always down and must of the time tap isn’t working. Other than that I love the new management that this store has now. I have been staying in this area for years and the store has always been a mess up until the last couple months. It’s a lot cleaner now. Staff if very professional and helping. Just wanted to give credit when it’s so because we seem to always give reviews when things are bad but not good…. Keep up the good work guys!!!! And family dollar give these folks a raise. “One of the components of Community is having establishments that cater to the community's specific needs. This Family Dollar does that well. The hospitality is always warm and welcoming. The staff is pretty consistent and it's nice to see the same faces visit after visit. A sign that the employees are being treated fairly. In the past 3 years that I have visited this store regularly, I've never seen the store unkept dirty or overly disorganized. On today's visit an employer went the extra mile and assisted me to the car with my load of items as I'm carrying life and am pretty huge, my mobility has become limited. The employee didn't hesitate when I asked for assistance with my items. Many of the Family Dollar merchant's in urban neighborhoods are highly flawed and discriminative towards their local customers. Not at this Family Dollar!”
