“This is the nicest Dollar Tree ever (in terms of employees/customer service). They say hello when you walk in, they’re super personable. I never have high expectations for customer service anymore but I think it’s super important to give flowers to the workers that still exhibit friendliness in our current climate. “I am no one. Just looking for a lint brush. I hate it on my dress pants for work. The store was stocked very well. I was pleased. Everything was neat & clean. The cashier was just perfect. Well, never found the lint brush. I knew I would find one but I will have to continue my search. However, I found $20.00 worth of stuff to buy anyway. The dollar tree is just addictive. “One of the components of Community is having establishments that cater to the community's specific needs. This Family Dollar does that well. The hospitality is always warm and welcoming. The staff is pretty consistent and it's nice to see the same faces visit after visit. A sign that the employees are being treated fairly. In the past 3 years that I have visited this store regularly, I've never seen the store unkept dirty or overly disorganized. On today's visit an employer went the extra mile and assisted me to the car with my load of items as I'm carrying life and am pretty huge, my mobility has become limited. The employee didn't hesitate when I asked for assistance with my items. Many of the Family Dollar merchant's in urban neighborhoods are highly flawed and discriminative towards their local customers. Not at this Family Dollar!”

“I love this Dollar tree! They always have a lot of inventory in stock. The store is clean and the aisles are easy to move through. They do tend to have long lines because they don't have a lot of cashiers working at any given time, but the ones that are there are friendly and do their best.”

“My fiancé and I just brought a home in the area and I must say this is one of the best organize and clean dollar stores, especially in an area that I see my ethnicity culture ! It makes me proud to see this ! The manager is always on top of his job title! It’s really impressive to see how much he cares about his employees and customers! He tries to really keep his store clean and organized. Also the items that are sold at the Dollar Tree is amazing. You can find mostly anything and I feel that the manger is why ! I over heard him talking to customers and asking them what items they needed and he would see to try to order it for them. I know working in retail can be hard and stressful at times but I could never notice that in this store ! I will return every time I come to my home near there ! Thanks”

“Store had a slight damp odor as you walk in that was a bit strong but other than that it seemed to be clean. I went in for something specific and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was friendly but not as friendly as my regular FD store on E. Ponce in Tucker.”
