“It's nice location, friendly people, quite. The only thing is it said 24/7 access then after I pay and get my storage I'm told it's 7-7 because it's the inside unit. That's not cool hell I don't even get off of work until 8-9 at night and gone to work before 7 so that screwed me real nicely. I am trying to get a larger storage out there on the outside so I can get in my storage whenever need be. 24/7”

“There may be some issues like cracked pavement and some oil but the people who work here have always treated me with kindness. When my girlfriend had a tire fail and pulled in, the man working there made sure we both were alright, had food/water, and would be okay until we could have Zip (I have another review of him) come out. I’ve seen some people say the prices aren’t great/it’s not special but I think it’s still a nice place to stop.”
“This location is great and so are the employees the were kind and helpful when we were moving out of town and need a truck to rent. Especially the cashier Melissa she really made the whole process happen and she has a kind helpful personality. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area”

“We setup the account online, everything was sent via email and/or text. I was sent over a site map with instructions on how to access and find our unit. They were kind enough to leave our lock/key inside the unit for us. The main facility is nice with large loading doors and elevators. The building where our unit is located doesn’t have the luxury of the large access doors, but it does include a freight lift. (I can see this being an inconvenience to others that have wider items, but mainly we are storing clothing so it doesn’t affect us as much) Overall the ease of setup along with the staff interactions we experienced makes it fairly easy to forgive the smaller door and leave a solid 5 star rating.”
