Better service here than at the location on Waters St. in Savannah. Very glad I came here. Trey and the lady co-worker were definitely a huge help and friendly. They got me the phone I needed at the best price. And after I paid for my phone, Trey showed me some clever features. I left happy in my purchase. Appreciate.

They were very busy but pleasent. Also spoke fluent Spanish for our friends that are in our country and have not yet learned our language.

A waste of time to go there to get my Cricket phone unlocked. Lady at counter fiddled with it for a bit and said it should unlock when I put the new sim card in. Never called customer service to check if it could be unlocked. I wasted a trip and gas. No help at all
