“The owners were super kind and helpful when they came to install our washer and dryer, even though my wife accidentally took our gate key and they had to wait for 30 minutes while my parents brought us the spare! The delay even meant they ended up moving stuff in the rain, and they were still super cool about it--even telling us to call them if we needed any recommendations or anything since we're new to town. The appliances were also super affordable, look great, and work great. Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“OK, I went in on December 29th to transfer my number from another carrier, there was only 1 person working the store, her name is Morgan.We completed the number change, or so we thought.On January 1st, my number haven't changed over to the new metro phone yet. So I decided to re-visit the store on the 2nd.When I got there, Morgan was helping someone else who had a issue with there service.This young lady was on the phone coustemer service going to bat for a man who just got his service the day before, and somehow they disconnected his service and wanted him to pay another connection fee.Morgan stuck to her guns for this man a good 45 minutes while I was there. When she had a moment, I let her know that my number had not been transferred to the new phone, I had other things I had to attend to so I offered to come back later in the day.To my surprise, I got a call from Morgan, and she helped me with the final process of transferring my number to my new phone.I hope metro knows that they have a TRUE customer service employee workg for them. I'm happy to have worked with this young lady. Oh....and by the way..... she was able to help the other gentlemen as well . Morgan, you rock suga !!!!”

“Had my Yamaha R8 receiver gone through back in the early 90s. Brought it back in last week for a repair, but there were too many issues to make it worth the repairs.Bernie had an immaculate R9, and offered that as a replacement for the amount that was originallyquoted for my R8 repair.Yes, he has stopped accepting new units for the time being. Why take on work when you know you can't deliver to the customer on time? Or would you prefer he lie to you?Want your baby repaired correctly? SD is your best bet.”

“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”

Once I am in the store I always taken by the friendly and helpful staff, even if they are busy stacking they would stop to help. “Just stopped by for drive up order, which included a Starbucks drink add on. Somehow, there was a glitch in the system which cancelled my drink order. "J.P." came out along with another Target associate, to inform me of the issue. He then took my Starbucks drink order from me, went back into Starbucks & then came back out a few moments later to deliver my drink to me & apologized again for any inconvenience. “Went to the White Bluff a road location this morning to sell two pistols that were just sitting around collecting dust. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. “I purchased a 128 Gb mini SD card with adapter for my FujiFilm camera. When I got to my car and tried it out, I got an error message. I went back into the store and Returns directed me to Electronics. Very nice staff in Returns. Quinn tried his best to help me and looked up a few things on the web but we both agreed my camera at 10-13 years old could not handle a mini SD of this size. He promptly gave me a credit on my credit card. I was very impressed by his knowledge. Very good service.”

“Verizon as a company is pretty trash but this store isn't why. The store itself has very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff. The wait can be long sometimes but they always handle any problems pretty easily when they get to you. Verizon over the phone is horrible but that's not this store's fault. The location itself gets top marks. They are the only reason I don't just leave Verizon completely.”
