Smitty’s worked seamlessly with the dealership that made the dent in my vehicle during an oil change to collect payment from them and coordinated a rental vehicle for me. I really appreciated their help. My SUV looked beautiful after it was fixed. Their communicated with me daily and were proactive about it not leaving me in the dark. They also explained before starting the repair and during the repair why it would take days / weeks to fix, what would have to be ordered and everything else so I was well-informed. “A good experience, this time I go there mainly to do my vehicle maintenance. I was planning gonna wait in the store until the maintenance was done. But because it takes about four hours the staff help us call uber to home and wait. After the completion of maintenance also called me Uber in time to let me pick up the vehicle. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience!”
“I brought my car in for an alignment but it turns out the underside was rusted and needed a lot more work than just that. I cannot believe the difference in how my car is driving since bringing it in. It’s so smooth, I didn’t even realize how shaky and unstable my car had been until I got it back. Called the shop and got a very reasonable price. I liked Jon’s vibe over the phone so I stopped by the next day to get my tire replaced. I was immediately greeted and told he could squeeze me in on the spot. I left to run a few errands and got a call 45 minutes later that my tire was done!
