“The owners were super kind and helpful when they came to install our washer and dryer, even though my wife accidentally took our gate key and they had to wait for 30 minutes while my parents brought us the spare! The delay even meant they ended up moving stuff in the rain, and they were still super cool about it--even telling us to call them if we needed any recommendations or anything since we're new to town. The appliances were also super affordable, look great, and work great. Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“I own a rental on Tybee…..I bought a cheaper GE washer and dryer a few months ago…...Dryer started taking forever to dry…..I had a guest in the unit who was forced to extend his family’s stay because his wife gave birth to their 2nd child 2 months early……Baby still in hospital in Savannah for one more month…..Livingoods was able to move the service call ahead 2 weeks to the following day…..This is FIRST CLASS customer service…..Thanks to India and the staff at Livingoods for making this happen…..You will always have my business - Dan Foley”

“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything. Please ask for Jen and I'm sure you will not leave disappointed.”

He listened to my concerns and I felt he really cared about the customer service issue I had. I've found it best not to do business at Home Depot on Saturdays, and I learned today that it is probably best not to order online. My best experiences are when I go into the local Home Depot to survey products available. Then you can usually get the help you need. Thank you, Home Depot, for resolving my customer service issue at the store.”
